With over 26 acres of pristine woodland, fields, fruit trees, and a 130 year old spring-fed stone quarry, there's a perfect place for your vision! We'll walk the grounds with you and talk through your ideas. We want your wedding to be unique.

We have four sites that we've specifically selected and cultivated for ceremonies, but we'll happily walk the property with you to select a different location if you would like.

The entire property is available for photos, and couples who book with us are welcome to set up a date to do engagement photos free of additional charge.

Suggested Ceremony Locations

Property Map

It's a tucked-in sort of space, snug and comfortable for 75 to 100 guests. It's right on the water. Fall colors surround and long prairie grasses. Unassuming, but serene.

The Cove

Between the house and the water there's a grove of Chinquapin oaks. They have the longest branches of any local oak species and their canopy is the most wonderful cathedral. Perfect for ceremonies and receptions up to 150.

The Glade

Its our most popular ceremony location for good reason. Surrounded by woods, water, and young fruit trees, its both serene and secluded. Our gnarly old cottonwood stands at the head of it all. Or turn your ceremony and use the reeds as a backdrop. Perfect for large or small ceremonies.

The orchard

My grandparents planted the oak tree the year they moved to the property in the early 1970s. Four generations of our family have stood under (or climbed in, depending on the age of the person) its branches, and we're proud to offer it as a place to start yours.
