We're proud to help couples start their lives together on the right foot, and one of the most important ways we can do that is by keeping our prices affordable. We offer three packages: the Blank Canvas, the All-Inclusive, and the Ultimate Wedding Weekend. The first offers couples a blank canvas for their personal vision. We provide the property, tent, tables, and chairs, but you fill out the rest according to your taste and vision. The All-Inclusive is...well... all-inclusive. Its everything you need to come single and leave hitched. Bring your dress, your bouquet, and your man, and we handle everything else. To add some bells and whistles including upgrading your perfect day to your perfect weekend, choose our Ultimate Wedding Weekend Package. We've fought to keep all three options affordable and extremely competitive with anything else offered in the area.

2025 - $4,100 for 100 guests 2026 - $4,600 for 100 guests

Add $370 for every 25 additional guests up to 250

- Couple's Choice: Choose between several food truck/catering partners offering a variety of foods (Yes! Food is included:-)
- Two-tier wedding cake for the bridal party and special guests plus sheet cake for everyone else up to guest count--upgrade available for cupcakes (We can also do doughnuts)
- Full-service wedding photographer for ceremony and reception
- Couple's choice between three centerpiece options for tables
- Table linens and napkins, couple's choice of color
- Officiant
- Overnight Stay in our 4-bedroom, on-site manor house. Couple's Choice: Keep the house to yourselves for a private honeymoon night, or share with friends and family of your choice.
- Portable Bluetooth speaker/PA system (upgrade available for DJ services)

2025 - $12,600 for 100 guests 2026 - $12,900 for 100 guests
Do you have more than 100 guests?
Add $500 for every 25 additional guests up to 200
Do you have less than 100 guests?
subtract $500 for every 25 fewer guests
What's Included
- Everything from the All-Inclusive option PLUS
- Exclusive rental of the venue grounds for the entire weekend beginning Thursday evening and continuing through Sunday until noon
- DJ services for your reception
- Bartender services (per state law, alcohol must be purchased separately)
- Three nights at the on-site wedding house which sleeps up to 10 guests. Couple's choice: You decide who stays with you and which days. We recommend keeping it for you and your shiny new hubby on Saturday night, but it's completely up to you!
